How do I order?
Placing your order is a piece of cake! Once you have the images you'd like printed saved onto your computer, just follow the steps below and you'll be on your way to having them Fractured.
As soon as you click the “ Upload My Photo” button, a small window will pop up showing all of your files, photos, etc. Select the photo you’d like to upload, and you'll see a loading animation appear. (Only one photo can be uploaded at a time.)
We accept .jpg, .png, .bmp and .gif files. For best results, we recommend using files larger than 1 MB (and about 300 ppi.)
Here's how that process will look when selecting an image from a PC:
And from a Mac:
*Mac Users: If you'd like to upload a photo from your iPhoto Library, be sure to copy it onto your desktop or another folder first. You won’t be able to directly upload it from iPhoto.
If you notice a red asterisk (*) next to the size you’re looking to select, double-check to make sure the file size large enough. This will indicate that the print quality will be a little blurry or pixellated.
Once you select your size and quantity, click the “ Buy” button at the bottom right-hand corner.
Now that you're on the cart page, you can review your order and make sure everything is good to go.
Don’t worry, your order isn’t set in stone just yet! If you’d like to make any changes (i.e. size, quantity, or the photo itself), click on the “Change Options” button.
If you have a coupon code or gift certificate (lucky you!), be sure to apply it here before continuing to the next page. You can also choose to add more Fractures to your order.
Once everything is in place, click the “ Checkout” button.
Now simply select the best shipping option that's right for you. You'll see the cost and estimated delivery date for each order. (Remember that domestic orders with subtotals over $100 qualify for free shipping!)
Be sure to keep an eye out in your email inbox for an order confirmation email with your Order ID. We'll also send you an email with tracking information once your order ships out from the Fractory. We can't wait!
