How do I order?
Placing your order is a piece of cake! Once you have the images you'd like printed saved onto your computer or mobile device, just follow the steps below and you'll be on your way to having them printed.
Start off at the fractureme.com home page and click on the “Get Started” button at the top right.
In this tutorial, we'll demonstrate ordering individual glass prints:
From here, you can drag and drop an image from your computer, or click the Upload Photo button to select your photo from where it's saved on your computer.
As soon as you click the Upload button, a small window will pop up showing all your files, photos, etc. on your computer or mobile device. Select the photo you’d like to upload, and you'll see a loading animation appear.
Here's how that process will look:
On a mobile device or phone, simply click the Photo Library option from the menu to access all the photos on your phone:
Once your photo is uploaded, you'll see the Choose a Size page for your photo. Scroll to see all the sizes that best match the shape of your uploaded photo.
If you're on a phone or tablet, just swipe left or right to view each print size:
If you notice a yellow warning symbol (!) next to the size you’re looking to select, double check to make sure the file size is large enough. This warning indicates that the print quality will be a little blurry or pixelated at that size.
Click Select to choose the print size you want, and then check off any add-ons:
Our Small Square, Small Rectangle, and Medium Rectangle prints have add-on stands available. Be sure to check the Add Stand box if you'd like to display your print on a table or shelf. All our print sizes also have a matte finish selection available for the glass.
When you've made your selections, click the Continue to Cart button to proceed.
From your Cart, you can click the Add another print button in the top right to return to the uploader to upload your next image (and repeat steps 1-4 for any more prints you want to order).
If you’d like to make any changes (i.e. size, quantity, or the photo itself), click the 'Edit' button to the right of that item in the cart. You can also delete an item by clicking on the 'Remove' button below the item.
If you have a coupon code (lucky you!) go ahead and apply it in the 'I have a coupon' box.
Once everything looks good, click the Checkout button to enter your address and payment info.
If you have a Gift Card code (instead of a coupon code), then it will need to be applied on the next page, during Checkout.
And that's it! Your order has been placed and your screen should end on a page with your order #. You'll also receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes after paying for your order. Our team will start working on it immediately!
