How will you make sure I receive a Fracture that I’ll love?

Replacement - The initial solution we offer to resolving any of the issues covered by our Lifetime Warranty or 60-Day Happiness Guarantee is to offer a replacement of your Fracture on us. We can make adjustments to correct the issues on your current Fracture, or you can select a new image for us to print and email it to us at support@fracture.me. 

Please note: A shipping fee may be applied to any reprinted orders that do not fall under the category of Broken in Shipment or Lifetime Warranty.

Store Credit - We offer this option in the case that you do not want an immediate replacement, and would prefer a store credit.

Refund - If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 60 days and we'll work with you to find a good solution or refund if need be!
