How can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to make any necessary changes or edits to an order after it has been placed, please contact our Customer Happiness Team at email@example.com and we’ll be happy to help! Please be sure to include the Order ID number from your order confirmation email.
Once an order is placed, we work our hardest and fastest to get it shipped out to you as soon as we can. Please note that because of this, we aren’t able to guarantee that we can make these changes before your order ships from our factory.
To make any of the following changes to an order, please email us within one hour of placing your order:
- Swap out an image file for a Fracture
- Change the size of a Fracture
- Alter the shipping address on your order
- Cancel a print in your order
- Add a stand to your order
- Add another Fracture to your order (please email the photo file and the Fracture size you’d like printed to firstname.lastname@example.org)
